LAST-MINUTE HALLOWEEN DELIVERY
A finished costume or a last-minute gift still needs time to reach its destination. Priority Express uses air transport and offers estimated international delivery within 24–72 hours.
Same-day collection may also be available when you book early enough. Check availability and the estimated delivery time before placing your order, and have your parcel packed and the shipping label printed, if required.
Allow extra time around weekends, public holidays and customs clearance. An estimated transit time is not a guaranteed the busy Halloween season.

Pack each item appropriately and check any unusual materials, batteries or accessories before booking.
BEFORE YOU PACK
Some Halloween extras are not suitable for regular parcel shipping. Do not include fresh pumpkins, other perishable food, aerosols or flammable products. Liquids and gels, including liquid fake blood and some face paints, are also unsuitable for private parcel shipments.
Check candy and chocolate before adding them, as food restrictions apply. Battery-powered decorations and costume props resembling weapons also need particular attention. Packaging an item securely does not override shipping restrictions.

SENDING HALLOWEEN GIFTS ABROAD
When your Halloween parcel crosses a customs border, you will need to provide the relevant shipping documents. This generally applies to shipments between EU and non-EU destinations.
Describe each item separately and declare its value accurately. For example, “cotton costume” and “paper party decorations” are more useful descriptions than simply “Halloween gifts”.
The recipient may need to pay import duties or taxes. Marking a parcel as a Halloween gift does not automatically make it exempt from these charges.
PACKING TIPS
Use a sturdy cardboard box that leaves enough room for protective packaging without allowing the contents to move around.
Fold costumes neatly and place them in a protective bag inside the box. Secure loose accessories and embellishments.
Wrap decorations individually and keep heavier items separate from anything that could be crushed.
Fill empty spaces with cushioning material so the contents stay in place.
Seal the box securely with packaging tape and follow the labelling instructions for your service.
Measure and weigh the finished parcel before entering the details in your booking.
