When scheduling a parcel collection, you can choose between two options based on what is more convenient for you.

Drop-off at parcel shop

Delivery to Parcel shop

1. Choose the parcel shop delivery option
2. Insert the delivery address
3. Find the nearest parcel shop
4. Once delivered, you can collect the parcel when it’s more convenient for you

Home delivery

1. Select the delivery to address option
2. Provide the detailed delivery address
3. Complete the booking
4. The courier will come directly to the chosen address to bring you the parcel

You provide the address where you want the courier to come and collect the parcel.
For the delivery, select the most convenient parcel shop and pick up the parcel whenever it is best for you.

Shop-to-door delivery services

You bring the parcel, we deliver it to your door!

Insert the pick-up address to find the nearest parcel shop to you.
Hand over the package at the parcel shop, and the courier will deliver it directly to you.

FAQ about Eurosender collection and delivery options

Do I need to print the shipping label?

Depending on the service you booked, you may be required to print the shipping label. Usually, our Standard service does not require you to print the shipping label.

When booking your shipment, you can check which services require the print of the label: you will see a note “Printer required” or “Printer not required” under each option available during the order process.

Will the courier collect or deliver the parcel at my doorstep with the door pick-up/delivery option?

With our door collection or delivery options, the courier will come to the chosen address. The courier will not come inside the building but will collect or deliver the shipment at the building entrance (at road level).

Where can I find the nearest parcel shop?

When selecting the parcel shop drop-off or collection options, you will see the nearest parcel shops based on the address you provided. You will be able to see on the map the parcel shops around you and choose the most convenient before completing the order.

Are there size limitations for collection or deliveries to parcel shops?

Each shipping service has different size and weight limitations: with the Standard service, for example, you can send parcels up to 30 kg, and with Priority and Priority Express up to 70kg.
