- You should prepare the items at a ground floor entrance whenever possible – drivers are not obliged to perform collections or deliveries inside the building.
- Make sure the collection and delivery addresses are easily accessible before booking the service.
- When sending your request, let us know if you need additional assistance or special equipment such as forklifts or tail-lifts. These are available on request for an additional fee.

Can I request a specific time for my pallet collection and delivery service?
Will the pallet collection courier call in advance?
Will the courier load my pallet onto the collection vehicle?
- Groupage – The driver normally brings equipment and does the loading and unloading, however this is not always guaranteed. Please check with our team when booking your pallet pick-up and delivery service as there may be exceptions on your route.
- Van Service – It is your responsibility to load and unload the items. You can request loading/unloading assistance and equipment during the booking stage for an addtional fee.
- LTL/FTL – It is your responsibility to load and unload the items. Please make sure that there are forklifts or other appropriate tools at both locations when booking the service.
