Known shipper
The Transport Security Administration (TSA) allows known shippers and cargo aircraft to transport freight on the passenger aircraft.
What does it mean if a customer is a known shipper?
A known shipper can be both an individual or a company, and its validity and integrity are determined by the Transport Security Administration (TSA). There are some benefits of being a known shipper, all from better rates, to more routes and delivery cargo delays.
