Express Bill of Lading
With the express bill of lading, there is no original bill of ladings issued at all, and the carrier is obligated to deliver the goods to the consignee.
What is an Express Bill of Lading?
With the express bill of lading, the freight is automatically released at its final destination without printing the original bill of lading. This type of bill of lading is used when there is no need for immediate payment for the goods before they are delivered at the destination, but instead, they are on account.
