Insurance conditions

Eurosender SARL manages the online booking platform Eurosender.com and books a service of transport on behalf of the customer with a courier service provider. The courier service provider is liable for each shipment under their responsibility according to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention). The customer may purchase an additional insurance option or an extended courier service provider liability for an additional fee, if possible, for the original order.

The customer agrees and understands that a declaration of the value of the shipment does not constitute a responsibility of the courier service provider or Eurosender SARL to the amount of the value declared unless agreed otherwise or already covered by an applicable convention.
