The price for shipping an envelope depends on multiple factors, including the envelope's weight and the route selected. When using our booking engine you can instantly get prices for any route worldwide for envelopes weighing between 500g and 2Kg.

How much does it cost to ship an envelope with documents?

Depending on the route selected, our engine will choose the courier with the best price-performance ratio. Once your order payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation from help@eurosender.com that includes the courier company's name.

Which courier will collect and deliver my documents?

Packaging

The envelope should be sturdy, preferably padded, and should fit the size of the documents. The envelope needs to be fully sealed and contain paper documents, Id’s and passports only.

How to prepare the envelope for shipping?

The Express option offers additional insurance of up to 400 EUR for the documents. If you do not select additional insurance, your Express shipment is not insured.

Will the envelope be covered by shipping insurance?

Pickup & Delivery

Pick-ups and deliveries take place on business days between 9 am and 8.30 pm. In some countries, the courier company can also deliver the envelope on Saturdays between 9 am and 3 pm.

At what time will the courier company collect or deliver my envelope?

Courier companies do not share the phone numbers of the drivers. Once booking has been confirmed and you have received the label (Waybill) for the service, you can contact our Customer Support at help@eurosender.com to get the local phone number of the courier company in the pick-up country. When in direct communication with the courier company you should use the tracking code you received in your Tracking email as a reference to your order.

Can I contact the courier driver when booking the Envelope service?

Whenever you book the Document Service, you will get a label by email. You should then print out this label and attach it to your envelope before the collection. You can also contact our Customer Support at help@eurosender.com to get the correct phone number and references to book the pick-up again.

Do I have to print out the label when booking the Envelope service?

You can track the envelope by clicking on the tracking code you receive in the Tracking email. You will then be able to see the newest updates on the <a class="Hyperlink SCXW182615147 BCX0" href="https://www.eurosender.com/en/parcel-tracking" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">tracking</a> website.

How can I track the envelope?

If the tracking information is not updated or if you find unusual information displayed, contact our Customer Support via chat or at help@eurosender.com to get more information regarding your order.

What should I do if the tracking information is not updating?

You will receive the label in the Tracking email sent to you from help@eurosender.com or directly by the courier company a day before the pick-up or on the day of pick-up. You can request the label in advance but not more than 10 days before the pick-up date.

Where and when do I get the label for the envelope?

The drivers are not obliged to call in advance. The driver might call you when he is already at the pick-up/delivery location, but only if the phone number you provided is a local phone number in the pick-up/delivery country.

Will the driver call me before collecting or delivering the envelope?

What items can I and can I not send in an envelope? When booking the Document Service, you can send only paper documents, IDs, passports, and cards. Always make sure never to include items or objects as small as they may be in the envelope. Instead, you can choose the Express package option and still pack your items in an envelope or small box. The maximum size of an envelope is 35 cm x 28 cm with a maximum weight of 2 kg.

What size envelope can I send?

No. Pick-ups take place on business days between 9 am and 8.30 pm. If the selected collection date is a bank holiday in the pick-up country, the collection will occur on the next business day.
