The Sales department chooses the best service provider to fit your shipping needs. We will notify you about the selected provider in the payment confirmation email. If you have specific requirements, make sure to mention them when sending all the data about your shipment.

Which courier will handle my shipment?

All shipments already have <a class="Hyperlink SCXW13724951 BCX0" href="https://www.eurosender.com/en/shipping-insurance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">basic insurance included</a> in the price (except for Express Document shipments). Some of the services also have the option to add extra insurance coverage. In the comment of the individual offer form, you can specify that you would need additional insurance and our logistics experts will include it in your offer.

Can I book additional shipping insurance?

When booking a shipment through an individual offer, our logistics experts will give you all the information on <a class="Hyperlink SCXW128105490 BCX0" href="https://www.eurosender.com/en/pack-ship" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">packing and preparing the shipment</a> appropriately. Please make sure to follow our instructions and have the shipment properly packed before collection.

Do I have to pack my shipment before the collection?

You may be required to print a label, depending on the service and options you choose. Please double-check this with the logistics expert that is preparing your offer.

Do I need to print and attach the label when booking shipping by individual offer?

You can request a specific time frame for pick up or delivery when filling out the individual order form. Our sales experts will then propose to you all the available options.

Can I choose a time frame for the collection when requesting an Individual offer?

Depending on the service you will book, you may get a tracking number that will allow you to <a class="Hyperlink SCXW176636308 BCX0" href="https://www.eurosender.com/en/parcel-tracking" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">check the status of your shipment</a> until the delivery. Tracking codes are not available for direct transports such as van delivery or FTL and LTL.

How will I be able to track the shipment?

Depending on the route and service you choose, delivery times may be different. Usually, the delivery times are estimated in business days but cannot be guaranteed. Some factors that may influence the estimated time of delivery are: customs procedures, heavy traffic, bad weather conditions, etc.

When does the delivery occur?

Depending on the service booked, you will receive the tracking code in a email sent by help@eurosender.com.

When will I get the tracking code?

We cannot guarantee that the transport company will call you before the collection or delivery. The main courier office may call the shipper/recipient the day before the planned pick-up/delivery to confirm that someone will be at the address to handle the shipment. Will the driver call me before the collection or delivery?

Individual offers give each customer the possibility to customize their service as much as possible. If you require a collection and/or delivery on a bank holiday or weekend, you should send this to our sales team and they will advise you on the solutions available.

Can I book a collection on a bank holiday or weekend via Individual Offer?

The Individual offer form is the best solution for shipping restricted items such as alcohol, liquids, fragile items, perishables, batteries, toxic and flammable goods.
