Can I change the shipping details after booking?
Yes, you can change the shipping details after booking your shipment with Eurosender, but the process is different in some cases.
- If you purchased the option “Flexible booking” when booking the service, you can update and change the shipping details at any time before the pick-up occurs, free of charge.
- For orders without the Flexible booking option, you can contact our customer support to ask if it is possible to update and correct the shipping details. Updating your order may require an administrative fee.
Keep in mind that updating the pick-up or delivery address may cause delays in the collection since the courier will need to apply the new route in their schedule.
To avoid delays or other issues, we suggest you contact us to change the shipping details the day before the scheduled collection before 1 pm CET.
