Mondial Relay drop-off points in France and Europe
The Mondial Relay delivery network includes more than 12,000 Relay Points in France (located in small retailers, newsagents and tabacs), 5,000 in Spain and 2,400 in the Benelux countries. Mondial Relay drop-off points are also located in Germany, Austria, Italy and Portugal.
It is very fast and easy to find your nearest Relay Point through their website, simply click on “Mondial Relay Drop Off Locations” and enter your postcode and city. Most Mondial Relay drop-off points are open late in the evening, as well as during the weekend.
Additionally, Mondial Relay offers 3,500 Lockers throughout France for sending and receiving packages. These lockers can be accessed at any time, day or night, so that the user can manage their parcel shipping needs at their convenience.

For how long will my parcel be kept at a Relay Point?
The Relay Point will keep your parcel for up to 14 calendar days. This timeframe may vary depending on the constraints of the Relay Point and the service chosen.
How can I collect my parcel from a Mondial Relay Locker?
To collect a parcel delivered to one of the 300 Mondial Relay Lockers, simply enter your 6-digit PIN code received by email and/or SMS and follow the instructions on the screen. Once you have entered your PIN, the locker where your parcel is located will open, and you can collect it.
Do Mondial Relay deliver parcels to the UK?
Since December 2020, it is no longer possible to send packages to the UK with Mondial Relay.

You can send packages with Mondial Relay with total dimensions (length + height + width) not exceeding 150 cm.
