Mondial Relay drop-off points in France and Europe

The Mondial Relay delivery network includes more than 12,000 Relay Points in France (located in small retailers, newsagents and tabacs), 5,000 in Spain and 2,400 in the Benelux countries. Mondial Relay drop-off points are also located in Germany, Austria, Italy and Portugal.

Additionally, Mondial Relay offers 3,500 Lockers throughout France for sending and receiving packages. These lockers can be accessed at any time, day or night, so that the user can manage their parcel shipping needs at their convenience.

How do I send a package with Mondial Relay? How does it work?

To send a package with Mondial Relay, go to their website booking tool and provide your shipping details, including the parcel size and delivery location.

Does Mondial Relay deliver on Saturdays?

When sending a package with Mondial Relay, please note that deliveries are made to Relay Points from Tuesdays to Saturdays.

You will be contacted by phone to arrange an appointment between 7 am and 8 pm (the proposed Mondial Relay delivery time slot may vary depending on your postcode).

Mondial Relay deliveries will not be made on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays.

How long does Mondial Relay take to deliver?

If you send your package to a Relay Point, Mondial Relay will inform the recipient by email or SMS when the item is available for collection.

For how long will my parcel be kept at a Relay Point?

The Relay Point will keep your parcel for up to 14 calendar days. This timeframe may vary depending on the constraints of the Relay Point and the service chosen.

After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender (e-commerce business, seller or private customer).

How can I collect my parcel from a Mondial Relay Locker?

To collect a parcel delivered to one of the 300 Mondial Relay Lockers, simply enter your 6-digit PIN code received by email and/or SMS and follow the instructions on the screen. Once you have entered your PIN, the locker where your parcel is located will open, and you can collect it.

As the Lockers are located outside, you can collect your parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do Mondial Relay deliver parcels to the UK?

Since December 2020, it is no longer possible to send packages to the UK with Mondial Relay.

What is the maximum package size I can send with Mondial Relay?

You can send packages with Mondial Relay with total dimensions (length + height + width) not exceeding 150 cm.

The maximum length is 120 cm, while the minimum dimensions for sending packages with Mondial Relay are 20 cm x 10 cm. When shipping with Mondial Relay, be careful not to exceed the weight limit of 30 kg.

Can I send a bike with Mondial Relay?
