In general, customers can ship parcels up to 30 kg, but small weight limitations may apply to specific services and routes. Colissimo and Chronopost deliveries can be scheduled to a personal address or a pick-up point, but only the latter offers express solutions.

Colissimo home deliveries are available to mainland France, Andorra and Monaco. Deliveries to pick-up points are only possible in mainland France. Deliveries to French overseas territories have different prices since they are considered as locations abroad.
