How do InPost Parcel Lockers work?
These are 24/7 automated machines that can be found near residential areas, supermarkets, and railway stations. This system allows couriers and users to drop off parcels without having to queue up at the post office, wait for a drop-off point to open or wait for a courier collection at home. InPost provides a wide network of over 4,000 Parcel Lockers in the UK, 17,000 in Poland, and 1.5 million globally.

FAQ on InPost international shipping and parcel delivery
Does InPost deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Although standard InPost parcel delivery via courier is on business days from Monday to Friday, you can opt for delivery to any Parcel Locker on Saturday or Sunday because it is a 24/7 service. This option is only available if you send your parcel to an area with a local InPost Parcel Locker available.
Until what time does InPost deliver?
InPost couriers normally perform parcel deliveries until 5 pm from Monday to Friday. InPost courier delivery times may be impacted during peak shipping seasons such as Christmas. On the other hand, if you choose delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker, you can pick up your item whenever it suits you.
Does InPost deliver parcels to your door?
Yes, InPost delivers to the recipient’s doorstep with their Parcel Locker to Home and Door to Door services.
Is InPost delivered by Hermes?
Yes, Hermes (now operating as Evri in the UK) is one of the courier companies that provides last-mile delivery services for InPost.
Do I need to print a label for InPost?
If you use the InPost mobile application, there is no longer any need for you to print a shipping label. After payment, you will receive a 9-digit sending code and a QR code via the application. You will then be able to send your parcel with an InPost Locker quickly and easily.
How often are InPost Lockers emptied?
InPost Lockers are emptied every day, usually before 12.00 midday. Couriers in some areas may pick up items at a later time, but for the best chance of same-day collection, we advise depositing your parcel in the Locker before midday.
How long do parcel deliveries stay in InPost Lockers?
Parcels are available for collection from Lockers for up to 72h after delivery. You will receive status updates and reminders to collect your item. Parcels that are not picked up after 72 hours will be returned to the relevant InPost courier partner from whom the shipment was ordered. You will then need to rearrange delivery with that partner.
How do I track my InPost parcel?
The InPost parcel tracking feature allows you to track up to five parcels in a single operation by simply entering the 24-character InPost parcel tracking number in the box separated by a comma. An example of an InPost parcel tracking number is 657826589258 758305701729. Thanks to this InPost parcel tracking feature, customers can easily manage their shipments and plan their deliveries.
Why is my InPost parcel delivery delayed?
InPost parcel delivery times are only estimates. Delays may happen due to long transit distances, adverse weather or traffic conditions, or high volumes of parcels at sorting depots.
What is the latest date to send a parcel with InPost for Christmas?
