Can I schedule a courier pick-up service during the weekend?

The carrier’s regular working days go from Monday to Friday, but it is possible to schedule a courier pick-up service during the weekend based on availability. Please bear in mind this is considered an additional service, for which you will have to pay an extra fee.

Send us a message in advance if you need to schedule a courier pick-up service outside of working days, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How about the delivery, can it be performed during the weekend?

Similarly, you can schedule a courier delivery service during weekends and non-working days for an additional charge.

Is there an additional cost for requesting delivery on a specific day?

It depends on the case. Most requests will not have an additional charge for selecting a specific day for pick-up or delivery as long as the dates chosen are within regular working days. However, if you require any special service such as last-minute collection or weekend delivery, this may come at an extra cost.

Are scheduled courier services available internationally?

Since we offer scheduled courier services for businesses through our Van Delivery network, this service is only available in Europe and the UK. The deliveries are always performed by a dedicated vehicle, so the same driver will be with your shipment from start to finish. You can request a scheduled courier service for domestic and international routes within Europe.

How early do I need to book a scheduled courier delivery service?

You do not need to place your request in advance, but keep in mind that by doing so, we have higher chances of guaranteeing the courier’s availability. We are fully equipped to fulfil last-minute requests, providing courier pick-up services within 2-3h only. However, this is subject to the availability of the carriers. Please send us a message via chat if you have a last-minute request.

We recommend that you try to schedule the courier delivery service at least one or two days in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly. But we also understand emergencies happen, and you can count on Eurosender to help you solve them.
